Calcium stearate is a multifunctional fatty acid salt. It is mainly made from palm oil-based stearic acid and calcium salt. This compound is widely used in many industries. It acts as a stabilizer, lubricant, dispersant, and release agent. Calcium stearate helps improve product quality and processing efficiency. It is a white powder that can be safely handled. It is insoluble in water or ethanol. However, it does dissolve in hot organic solvents and acids.Product characteristics

Product applications
1. Halogen absorbent for petrochemicals
Calcium stearate is also very important in the chlorination process of polyethylene and polypropylene in the petrochemical industry. By absorbing halogens, it ensures effective polymerization and enhances product characteristics.
2. Lubricant and release agent for resin compounds
Calcium stearate acts as a lubricant and release agent in unsaturated polyester resin molding plastics, significantly improving production efficiency.
3. Stabilizer for PVC products
